I don’t feel good lately…for I know that her departure is going to be a lost for the team; or for me at least because she has not only been a good friend but a mentor as well.
Life surprises me all the time. With every hints that comes my way and every being that crossed my path. Each with a lesson for me to unlock the potential in me and the goodness in humanity.
Apologize for the long absence. Not that I think I have lotsa readers anyways so..haha!
It’s been a great week. And it can only get better :) Oh and for the record, I’m now sitting in IT Department. And I am FINALLY seeing the light and more appreciative towards TF’s intention.
I’ve also done my one to one with the web team – to understand their frustrations, challenges and what drives them to excel in their career. And I’ve got lots going on in my head to bring out the best in them. Because that’s what good managers do (and what I love doing personally :)). So hopefully, we’ll see a shift in the Interactive department!
A part from that, not much excitement in my personal life. I’ve given up on hallucinating on Q and men in general, buried myself in books and occasional dinner outing with Arif haha. I’ve also been actively hunting for a place I can call my own. Haven’t done any viewing but I’ve got a feeling I’ll nail it soon.
